5. Installation & Use
If installation services are provided, the client must ensure site readiness and accessibility. ASAP Signs Inc. is not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation by third parties. Customers are responsible for compliance with local signage regulations and permits.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, proofs, and materials created by ASAP Signs Inc. remain the property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients must have rights to any logos, images, or content they provide. ASAP Signs Inc. is not liable for copyright or trademark violations related to client-supplied materials.
